The purpose of this promotion is to increase use of the Visa card as a means

The prizes for this promotion are 60 prepaid Visa cards, loaded with the

Together with the prepaid card, the winners will receive a copy of the terms

The aforementioned prizes will be awarded via a draw held before a Notary
Public under the terms specified below, and will be restricted to one prize
per winner and address at each of the stages detailed below.

validation process confirming that they are the “FINAL WINNER” and awarding

When 7 calendar days have elapsed, if the “PROVISIONAL WINNER” has not
provided the aforementioned information (items 1 - 5 inclusive) Visa will
cancel their “PROVISIONAL WINNER” status. This provisional winner will thus
be nullified and the prize will be offered to the first alternate winner on
the corresponding list, the prize awarding process established in the
